Wearing proper athletic shoes will
make or break your exercise
experience.

Since zumba is a dance-exercise
program the best shoes for zumba
in my opinion are dance-aerobic
shoes such as the Nike Shox
Electro with some well-cushioned
inserts placed inside the shoe.

A cross-trainer is another good
choice but if there is alot of tread
on the sole of the shoe your feet
will stick to the floor
